When are the truck new delivery photographs taken?

Each truck’s new delivery photo is typically taken during the customer final inspection during lunch.

How are multiple trucks in one order photographed?

By default, each truck in a multiple truck order will have individual photos taken. The customer will receive individual framed photos of each truck via the mail.

If the customer would prefer to have a group photo taken, the sales rep must notify Ann Olsen, Sam Boucher or Manny Perez by the final inspection date. The customer will receive as many framed photos as there are trucks in the photo.

Form Submission

How do I know that my new delivery form has been successfully submitted?

When you hit the “SUBMIT” button, the following message will appear: “Thank you. Form was successfully submitted.”

A confirmation email will also be sent to the email provided in the “Sales Representative Email” field.

What happens if I don’t fill out the new delivery form?

If a sales rep fails to fill out the new delivery form available at www.piercemfg.com/Customers/New-Delivery-Form, the apparatus will not be featured on piercemfg.com, the framed photo will take an additional 4 weeks to ship, and the framed photo will be sent to the Principal of the sales dealership. This makes it the dealership’s responsibility to deliver the framed photo to the customer.

When will the framed photo be delivered to the customer?

If the new delivery form is filled out online at www.piercemfg.com/Customers/New-Delivery-Form, please allow 3 – 4 weeks after the form has been submitted.

If the new delivery form is not filled out online, the framed photo will be sent directly to the Principal of the sales dealership, 8 – 9 weeks after the final inspection date. It is then the dealership’s responsibility to deliver the framed photo to the customer.

How do I order additional framed photos?

Becky Arnoldussen can assist you with ordering additional framed photos. Please e-mail the completed Reorder Form to Becky at barnoldussen@piercemfg.com. The form is also saved on SalesNet in the Marketing Materials section.

When will the new delivery form be loaded onto the website?

You can expect your new delivery to be published at piercemfg.com approximately 3 – 4 weeks after the final inspection date.

What is Flickr?

Flickr is a website owned by Yahoo! to share photos. Pierce uses the site to share all new delivery photos, regardless of whether or not the new delivery form was filled out online at piercemfg.com.

How can I obtain a digital copy of the new delivery photo?

Go to the Pierce MFG Flickr page. In the search bar enter [Pierce, Job Number]. Click on the thumbnail to expand the photo. In the lower right-hand corner of the screen click on the “Download this photo” arrow icon and select the image size you want to download.
